Financial Policy

At Kogan and Silverman, we deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. We offer payment options that work for all of our patients.

 We accept:

  • Flexible Payment Plan: Pay a portion up front, and the rest over an agreed upon time period.   
  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  • Personal checks 
  • Cash
  • CareCredit (third-party financing option):  Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.

Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. 

If you have dental insurance we will work with you and your insurer to process any claims. We will determine your estimated cost of treatment on the day treatment is rendered, and that’s your responsibility. We can also get a pre-treatment estimate from your insurance company so you can have a better idea of your out-of pocket expense (this usually takes up to three weeks). 

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but this should be accomplished prior to the actual procedure.
